Great Headshots for the Business World | Adamy Valuation

This is what I tell my clients time and again when they ask about professional headshots.
Adamy Valuation takes their business image seriously, hence why we worked together to create and craft a photo session that would improve the first impressions of their team and show confidence in their staff.
Initially I connected with the Director of Business Transformation at an event I was photographing for Hello West Michigan (see how we work with their non-profit). She mentioned wanting to have more options when it came to their team’s professional portraits.
I suggested we connect and discuss what she was looking for and the options I could provide.
From that meeting we decided to plan 2 hours of photography time in their office for new headshots. We would try to maintain the imagery presently on their website, while providing a second headshot option that was more relaxed.
To take the portraits to the next level we also brought along a hair and makeup team from Aura Beauty Bar in Grand Rapids. Based in the Design 1 Salons around Grand Rapids, owner Jerry and makeup artist Skyelar Fountain were on site to ensure everyone looked their best!
Below are some of the folks at Adamy from our shoot. The first image was to mimic the current images for Adamy Valuation and the second image is what we created for a more relaxed and approachable feel.
In addition to shooting great portraits, I also had Sam Cooper from Photo Scooper on site to capture some behind the scenes action from our time at Adamy Valuation.
Many time seeing how the process unfolds for participants can be helpful. We recognize that most of the people we photograph are not professional models. They are not used to the hair, makeup and photo shoot sequence of a photo shoot.
Sam captured images that hopefully communicate to you, the reader, that working with us will not only be a great experience, but shows that you’ll look comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
