Your Event Is Happening. Make Sure People See It.

How we use Instant Event Images and social forward video to help events reach far beyond the people in the room.

RendeZoo at John Ball Zoo is already a great event.

For one evening, adults get a completely different zoo experience. Food is included, drink tickets are included, entertainment is happening throughout the zoo and this year RendeZoo landed on the final weekend of the lanterns.

You wander around with friends, grab something to eat, have a drink and experience the zoo in a completely different way.

The value is kind of amazing.

Our job was to capture that experience and help it travel farther.

That meant a team creating photography, Instant Event Images and social forward video throughout the night.

Give people something they want to share

With Instant Event Images, guests register once and receive photographs of themselves directly on their phones as our photographers move throughout the event.

At RendeZoo:

163 people were spotted

1,958 photographs were downloaded

Almost 2,000 photographs went directly into the hands of attendees.

Think about the timing.

You are at the zoo with friends. You just walked through the lanterns. We capture a great photograph of your group and, while you are still there, it shows up on your phone.

You text it. Post it. Send it to the person who could not come.

Now your attendees are helping amplify your event.

Your audience is bigger than the people who attend

Maybe 500 people come to your event.

How many people are connected to those 500 people?

Every photograph that gets shared gives someone outside the event a glimpse of what is happening inside.

They see their friends having fun. They see the venue. They see the sponsors. They see the experience.

And maybe they think, I want to go to that next year.

Good event photography shows what happened.

Great event photography helps what happened travel.

Then keep it moving

Our video team worked alongside our photographers creating short social forward videos built for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, email and your website.

Instead of only having a gallery after the event, John Ball Zoo now has photography guests wanted to share, professional images for its marketing team and video that keeps the experience alive.

What could we create from your event?

RendeZoo is a great event before we ever arrive.

John Ball Zoo created the experience.

Our job is to amplify it.

Our team uploaded 2,551 photographs, attendees downloaded 1,958, and we created a library of photography and social forward video that can continue telling the RendeZoo story.

That is what we want to do for your event.

If you are planning a conference, fundraiser, association meeting, corporate event or community experience, we would love to help more people see what you are creating.

Let’s help your event reach beyond the room.
