How Have We Been Helping & Serving Clients?
The business world is beginning to hit its stride again in West Michigan. This means events are happening (even if they are virtual) and businesses are slowly headed back to offices.
In the past week our work included helping four different clients with 4 different needs. You might be interested in knowing how we are serving clients at the moment, so here is a quick recap of what we’ve been up to.
Zoom Video Production, Editing & Highlight Videos
Vine & Vinyl hosted by Saint Mary’s Foundation returned in a great way in June 2020.
It was the first time the event was virtual, but great food, entertainment and stories were shared by speakers and attendees (yes food was shared by those attending the virtual event).
We produced the interview piece for the event. It revolved around the Mercy Health Kidney Transplant Center and the stories of two patients and one of the doctors who served them.
In addition to the 30+ minute video that was part of the event, we helped create a highlight video that Saint Mary’s Foundation was able to share after the event concluded.

Video Production for Annual Meeting Opening
The Small Business Association of Michigan’s Signature event is their Annual Meeting. Like many organizations, events with large numbers of attendees have been scrapped and virtual events have become the norm.
The 2020 Annual Meeting for SBAM opened with the President of the Association addressing the audience from his “mobile office” which he’s done for 75+ straight days. It was a creative way to kick off the event and we are thankful to the event production company, Chase Creative, for bringing us in on the project.
Groundbreaking Event in Ada
Michigan Software Labs, one of West Michigan’s fastest growing app development organizations announced plans to build a new headquarters in downtown Ada. The building will include space for a new Luna location. The restaurant is currently based in downtown Grand Rapids.
I was able to be there to photograph the groundbreaking and see how excited the Michigan Software Labs team is for their future space.
Virtual Professional Development Event
Hello West Michigan has been hosting events for summer interns for the past several years. In 2019 they hosted over 700 attendees at a live event in downtown Grand Rapids. That event went virtual this year and we helped produce not only the promotional video for the event but one of the professional development talks included with the online event.
