Healthcare 2026: 1,200+ Photo Downloads, Instant Event Images and Social Video

How our photo and video team added value for Healthcare 2026 attendees, amplified the conference and created content that continued working after the event.

Healthcare 2026 was the inaugural year of a conference bringing together people who want to change healthcare.

For a first year event, the photography and video have an important job.

There isn't a gallery from last year and there isn't a library of video showing what the conference feels like. The founder, Nate Baar knew that he would need content following the event as well as for his promotion of year two.

He wanted to show people what they missed and that became the goal at Healthcare 2026.

Capture the speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, conversations and connections happening throughout the conference, while creating content that could add value for attendees now and help grow the event in the future.

One team for photography and video

Our photo and video team worked together throughout Healthcare 2026.

We photographed the speakers on stage, full rooms, sponsors, exhibitors, networking and the conversations happening everywhere between sessions, all while delivering instant event images.

At the same time, our video team created social forward video designed to show what Healthcare 2026 actually felt like.

Our goal was simple: be the easy button for those running and participating in the Healthcare 2026 event.

They had a conference to run. They were not interested in having to manage a photo and video team.

As we know, when it comes to photo and video, speed wins

We didn't want attendees waiting until after the conference to see their photographs.

Using Instant Event Images, attendees could register once and receive professional photographs of themselves directly on their phones throughout Healthcare 2026.

The result?

More than 1,200 photographs were downloaded.

Attendees could get a great photograph with someone they had just met and have it on their phone while they were still together.

They could text it, post it or share it with their team.

The photography became part of the conference experience instead of simply something delivered afterward.

What did attendees think?

Because attendees were already receiving their photographs through our system, we could also ask them a simple question:

What was your favorite part of the event?

Their answers told the story better than we could.

“The people.”

“The networking!”

“The connections to genuine people.”

“Hearing so many new interesting perspectives.”

“Being a part of a movement to improve healthcare for all.”

And maybe the best description of the entire conference:

“Everything has been intentionally executed with excellence.”

That is exactly what we wanted the photos and video to capture.

Now the content keeps working

Healthcare 2026 was the first one and now there is a library showing what they created.

They have professional photography attendees actually received and shared. They have social forward video showing the energy of the conference. They have content for social media, email, sponsors, their website and, most importantly, showing people why they should attend next year.

That's what we want event photography and video to do.

Healthcare 2026 was year one, and now they have the photos, video and attendee experience to help make year two even bigger.

Give your attendees something worth sharing and your team content that keeps working.
