Conference Photo and Video with National Organization for Rheumatology Managers
Since 2019 we have worked with the National Organization of Rheumatology Managers (NORM) during their annual conference, providing both event photo and video services for their largest annual event.
Their events bring together over 600 attendees that work in the field and following the Grand Rapids event, we have been able to travel to Phoenix, Atlanta and San Francisco to capture and document everything they have planned for event attendees.
Event Photography
Events include bootcamps, group portraits, evening events, vendor booths, breakout sessions as well as keynotes throughout the 3 day event.
We deliver images daily for the client’s needs as well as a full gallery within 1 week of the event.
Following the event images are published both internally and externally for attendees as well as sponsors.
Event Video
When it comes to video, we provide our footage as well as an overall “highlight video” that serves multiple purposes.
It is used as “Thank You” video for attendees and sponsors.
It also is used as a promotional piece for future events, showing what it’s like attending a conference.
