"Please let the rain hold off...please let the rain hold off" was being said throughout Andy and Heather's wedding day. Post Family Farm in Hudsonville was the site of their wedding ceremony. They were married at the Waterfall at Post Family Farm surrounded by friends and family from across the state. We were blessed to meet Andy and Heather through one of the first couples we photographed, Phil and Maria. Phil and Andy at one point worked together and Phil was kind enough to refer us to these two as they searched for the right wedding photographer for their big day in October. We were able to meet these two over coffee in downtown Grand Rapids and we connected right away.
Thankfully everyone stayed dry on their wedding day and we did not see a drop of rain during the ceremony or during the time everyone traveled to downtown Grand Rapids for photos with the wedding party. We made a stop a Crescent Street Park and following our photos on site, Andy and Heather included a nice touch during the downtime. They made reservations at Bar Divani in downtown Grand Rapids so everyone could stop, relax and grab something to drink before heading off to Noto's for their wedding reception.
Noto's Old World in Cascade, as always, was a great host for these two and all their guests. These two danced the night away after a great meal at Noto's.
Below is just a preview of their wedding day, but if you'd like to view more photos, be sure to visit their custom wedding website and view their complete wedding gallery (including photo booth photos).
