A "Mountain" Wedding - Anthony and Landri

Anthony and Landri are a true Army couple. They met while on base in upstate New York and Anthony is a member of the 10th Mountain Division and is a member of a Cavalry Division as well (hence the standard issue hats!) Anthony will be shipping off to the Middle East sometime later this year, so they wanted to come back to Landri's hometown and tie the knot.

It was a great ceremony with lots of honor - 5 of the groomsmen are also part of Anthony's division in New York as well! What a way to celebrate an Easter weekend. Enjoy the photos!

Landri had some amazing flowers made up by a local florist.

New Fulfillment Partner

Earlier in 2008, we decided to start shopping around for a new back-end fulfillment partner as our needs continued to grow in the areas of order fulfillment, album design and special orders. For the past 18 months we've been using a company in Grand Rapids called Grand River Imaging, a company created by Prolabexpress.com. They have been a great partner, but after assessing what we saw coming in the future, we have decided to make the switch to Pictage, Inc (pronounced 'Pick-taajz'). Pictage, in their own words is:

"One of the largest providers of online photo sharing and professional photography services, Pictage has hundreds of thousands of events online including weddings, engagement and portrait sessions, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate events, and more."

What they offer to professional photographers is a one-stop shop for e-commerce, online galleries and sales, album design and printing, order fulfillment and marketing solutions.

While this is important for business, the ultimate question is how will this benefit the client experience? Here are just a few of the reasons:

1. Your event images will be available for all your guests, friends and family, to conveniently view from the comfort of their own homes (especially if they couldn’t attend the event)
   
2. Your guests can easily order professional quality print and products directly online and have them delivered right to their door
3. You won’t have to be burdened with taking print orders or collecting money from family and friends
4. Album Design and Binding - couples can now create a "folder" of their favorite wedding images, notify us that they have completed the selection process and we then begin designing the album. Then once the design is complete, the album is viewed online before printing and edits are made by us at the request of the bride and groom. Then the album is printed and sent to our professional album company, bound and shipped to our door already for you to either pick up or to be mailed to your home.
5. Color / Black & White / Sepia - while viewing images on Pictage.com, a person can change the color photograph they are looking at to Black & White or Sepia all with one click of the mouse. Say you like the photo best in sepia, simply add it to your cart and off you go! How convenient for anyone viewing a Pictage gallery.
6. E-mail Images - couples can e-mail images to friends and family AS THEY ARE VIEWING THEIR PHOTOS! No need to go to your gmail, yahoo or hotmail account, simply enter your friends and family's email addresses and off you go!
7. Gift Certificates - couples can now give gift certificates to friends and family as a "thank you" for being a part of their wedding day!
8. Pre-Registration - couples who book with Tiberius Images early, will have a personal website created that give their guests the ability to Pre-Register for the wedding by providing a name and email address. Once the event is released to the public, they will then be able to view and order photos whenever they wish. So, if you book with Tiberius Images in January and you're getting married in July, then you can send your friends and family to the website to Pre-Register. All of this makes your life easier!
9. Proof Books - couples now have the option of a spiral bound proof book with custom front and back covers or a hard cover magazine style coffee table book for their proofs! Interested in seeing more, contact us today!
