Family Photos on Lake Michigan

The Klimas Family hired Grand Rapids photographer Tiberius Images to travel to Oval Beach in Saugutuck, MI for a new family portrait. Within 45 minutes we were able to capture great images to hang on their wall! The location was great and I have actually used the same location since then - what a great place to visit and have photos taken. With dune grass, clean shoreline and very little traffic any day of the week other than Saturday and Sunday, Oval Beach was fantastic. Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce - Salute to West Michigan Business

The Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce held its 12th Annual Salute to West Michigan Business in August. The GRCC was priveledged to have Senate Majority Leader Mike Bishop and House Speaker Andy Dillon discuss a few of the many issues facing the Michigan economy.

Three awards were presented to West Michigan Businesses. Design Plus, Inc. received the Excellance in Business Award, Access Business Group received the World Class Manufacturer Award and Home Repair Services received the Non-Profit of the Year Award.

Aaron and Deidire's Online Wedding Gallery

Aaron and Deidire were a last minute addition to Grand Rapids photographer Tiberius Images' summer wedding lineup. After randomly meeting Aaron's mom, Mary, at the Meijer grocery store on Knapp's Corner, we were able to work out the schedule so Associate Photographer Theresa Milanowski photographed their beautiful wedding day for a few hours on July 14th. With a fun location on a playground in downtown Rockford, the bride and groom were fun, playful and energetic! On a day that began as overcast with rain threatening, the sky turned blue and the clouds turned out to look amazing! With a very informal ceremony and pig roast following, the new couple celebrated with friends and family long into the night! Congratulations to you both! Your Planning Your Wedding From WHERE?!?!?!

If you are a bride currently planning your upcoming wedding day, listen to this story. You think it's tough planning your wedding with the budget you've been given, with the limited amount of time you have and with both sets of parents "gently persuading" you to have your ceremony at this location or choose this kind of keg beer....

What would happen if you had to plan your wedding from a combat zone? What if you had to plan your wedding from 6,000 miles away from home? Late last week, Grand Rapids photographer Tiberius Images was contacted by a couple that is serving in Iraq RIGHT NOW! They are both in the Armed Forces and serving abroad. They happen to have 4 weeks leave in December and they are now PLANNING A WEDDING FROM IRAQ. They will be having their wedding at Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park in Grand Rapids - one of the premier venues in all of west Michigan.

Hopefully I am able to help them with their wedding planning from over 6,000 miles away from home and I will definately keep everyone updated as to what happens!

Mike and Erin's Wedding in Grand Rapids

Mike and Erin had a beautiful day for their wedding in Grand Rapids where Grand Rapids photographer Tiberius Images spent the entire day with them. With the ceremony at Beckwith Hills Church on Grand Rapids' northeast side, the bride and groom, along with the wedding party, took a horse drawn carriage ride to Frederik Meijer Gardens where their reception was held later. With sunny blue skies and perfect temps for a July wedding everyone had a great time. From photos outside the church to having fun in front of Da Vinci's horse at Frederik Meijer Gardens, Mike and Erin's wedding day was truly a great celebration. More photos are to come, including something I had never seen happen during the cutting of the cake. Guess you'll have to wait and see what happened when Erin decided to surprise her new husband with their wedding cake!
